Hi X Support,
I have ConvertPlug running on my site and was setting up a simple Contact Form 7 submission element, but realized that something was funky when I couldn’t save any of my adjustments to the design of the ConverPlug modals or access any rich text editing capabilities.
I’m going to respond this post with private details for you to take a look. This is one extremely annoying bug, but when I load the ConverPlug editing UI there is a 404 error on 3 files that look like they have to do with the CKEditor editor. No idea why they would be root files, here are the relative paths:
* config.js
* /lang/en.js
* /skins/moono/editor.css?t=E5ODThis is a really odd one so help would be appreciated. I’ve done multiple deletes/clean installs of the plugin and nothing is standing out.

Thanks for writing in! It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.
