    I’m trying to get a Convert Modal Popup working with Mailchimp. I’ve already tested with a non-mailchimp integrated form and it worked fine. And I’ve been able to successfully make a connects campaign that uses my MailChimp API key and finds the list I want to connect to in the Mailchimp account.

    However when I fill out my Mailchimp form it doesn’t send, and on top of that it also doesn’t give me an error message.

    Since there is no error message I really have no idea where to look for troubleshooting this. I’m using the labels from my list and I matched up the number of fields in the ConvertPlug and in my Mailchimp list to be identical.

    Hello, I’m not trying to jump on the problem but I’m having the exact same problem as Lyna and found this thread while searching for an answer. I’m commenting so I can follow. Either way, it might be helpful to know that more than one user is having the same problem.

    Hello Lyna,

    Upon checking, I am getting this error:
    POST http://performancevisionandlearning.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 403 (Forbidden)
    See attached error. Can you please check in with your hosting provider regarding this error?

    Thanks! I tried hunting down the cause of the problems, from disabling my security plugins to refreshing the .htaccess file without any luck.

    However there seems to be a new Connects update that just showed up recently. After I updated that it seems to all be working properly!
