mjcCodesParticipantI created my own modal and want to create a campaign that integrates with MailChimp. I’ve watched the tutorial. However, my version of ConvertPlug needs additional plug-ins for integration. See below.
Step 1 – I am required to click on a link in order to do integration.
Step 2 – I am required to click the blue button to get available extensions
Step 3 – when I click on that blue button, I’m told I am not authorized to access. See enclosed images.
Feeling confused and frustrated.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for writing in! Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)
Our latest versions are:
X Theme: 4.4.2
Cornerstone: 1.2.4
ConvertPlug: 2.2.0You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site. If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.
To integrate ConvertPlug and Mailchimp, please check out this video tutorial from the creators of ConvertPlug
Hope this helps.

mjcCodesParticipantWell, I thought I was up to date – I always update when prompted. I’m using the latest version of
WordPress 4.5
Cornerstone: 1.2.4
ConvertPlug: 2.2.0But, I have never been prompted to update X Theme! Is this not something the theme offers? Please let me know what I need to do so I am prompted to install the theme when a new version is available.
If update notifications aren’t available, please let me know where I can find the latest version so I can update AND directions on how to update without overriding my current site.
Thank you!
**** EDIT ****
Please note, my X Theme IS VALIDATED. So I should be receiving notice of updates. Right?April 24, 2016 at 2:53 am #897217
mjcCodesParticipantHello,
Please ignore my previous post. I have now updated my X Theme to version 4.4.2 and I confirmed that I have the following versions installed also:
WordPress 4.5
Cornerstone: 1.2.4
ConvertPlug: 2.2.0The initial problem persists. Also, the tutorial you’re referencing is the one I already mentioned I had watched and I cannot follow it as the functionality featured in the video is NOT PRESENT.
Please look at the images I posted in my first post and let me know what ELSE you recommend.
Thank you.

LelyModeratorHi Jeanette,
We’re sorry you’re having this issue. On the latest update there’s a major change in Convertplug. Creating a campaign on the previous version offers just a dropdown where we can select Mailchimp to connect then we have to provide MAILCHIMP KEY. On Convertlplug V2.1.0, Mailchimp and other integration is now available as Addons. See this :https://docs.brainstormforce.com/how-to-use-the-convertplug-addon-installer/. Unfortunately, on your site, the available addons installer is not loading. I saw the following error on the console.
WebSocket connection to 'wss://public-api.wordpress.com/pinghub/wpcom/me/newest-note-data' failed: Error during WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 403Please do check in first with your hosting provider about this error and then do let us know what they can find.
Always,

mjcCodesParticipantHello! I just got off the phone with my hosting provider. They said the error is due to code being received from the plug-in. This means that the problem is on your end. Should I contact ConvertPlug directly?

RupokMemberHi Jeannette,
Thanks for updating. Kindly reach to them directly if you could. They might be able to address the issue better if the issue is related with ConvertPlug.
Cheers!
