fatheaddrummerParticipantHi there,
I have no input fields in convertplug. Not on frontend and neither in the backend.
I’ve already disabled all third partie plugins, but no success ( I’ve reactivated them for now)…Could you please help me finding out what’s going on? I think the easiest way to see the issue is to check the backend. You will see there’s no input fields displayed (Talking about modal pop up in general)
Thank you so much! CHeers, Christian

ChristianModeratorHey there,
I see you’re using optimization plugins. Please clear all caches and deactivate all third party plugins temporarily while we investigate.
Thanks.

LelyModeratorHi Christian,
I am getting attached error on Convertplug.
Would you mind disabling third party plugins at the moment while we are checking?March 3, 2017 at 3:16 am #1393081
fatheaddrummerParticipantHi,
All third party plugins are already disabled. I mentioned that in the last post.
Am I missing something?

RadModeratorHi there,
You should create a campaign first, example, it can be custom or Mailchimp. I added a test campaign and assign it under Submission > Collect Leads Using and the form is displayed.
Thanks!
