fyxiParticipantHello,
I have setup a convertplug modal and embedded it with a gravity form. The modal activates by clicking a registration button and the form is working perfectly, but it doesn’t show the confirmation message that I generated in gravity forms. How can I sort this, or is there a way to get Convertplug to show the message instead?
Thanks
Josh

RupokMemberHi Josh,
Thanks for writing in! I am not sure if this is going to work or not. Kindly follow the ConvertPlug documentation and check if it’s possible – https://community.theme.co/kb/integrated-plugins-convertplug/
Online documentation link : https://cloudup.com/cZUV_E0U-iD
As we bundle the unmodified version of ConvertPlug so we can’t control any feature or functionality. If such integration with Gravity Form doesn’t work then maybe it’s not a feature by the plugin that’s not related with X and it’s out of our support scope.
Let us know if you face any issue regarding X and the bundled plugins. We’ll be happy to assist you.
Cheers!

fyxiParticipantHi Rupok,
I used the guide that you suggested in configuring the modal originally. Can you recommend another way to put a Gravity form into a modal popup?
Thanks

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for updating. You can use the Lightbox to embed the form in pop-up. You will find lot of threads regarding this.
