SmithChiroParticipantAll the documentation I’m seeing with regard to ConvertPlug suggests the capability of creating exit surveys to obtain feedback from visitors about to leave your site. I have not been able to find any tutorials or templates for this use, however.
I want to set up an exit survey pop-up to ask potential customers why they are abandoning their cart and give them a list of options to check so I can increase conversions.
Is there a guide for doing this as I do not have experience with customizing css.
Thank You,
Mark

Rue NelModeratorHello Mark,
Thanks for writing in! Survey may not be a feature in ConvertPlug. Convertplug has a feature that the popup will only appear once the visitor exits the page. You may create a custom popup and place your survey in the popup. For more information about Exit Intent in ConvertPlug, please check this out: https://www.convertplug.com/exit-intent/
Hope this helps.

SmithChiroParticipantThis is a great overview, but does not provide instruction. The one “feedback” pop-up shown in #7 is not offered as a template by convertplug, and there is no guide for placing a survey in a pop-up. Are there any tutorials showing how to achieve these?
Thanks!

RadModeratorHi there,
Please check these
How to create full screen modal and make it work like a welcome gate or Exit gate?
You have to design your popup through form builder, or use blank template to create your own content within the popup.
Thanks!
