DadparvarParticipantHi,
I created a compaign and also a form in convertPlug to collect emails. Then I tested it and form came and I wrote my email and saved it and it gave me the Thank You message.
But in ACP, there was no contact added to that compaign in convertPlug manage-contact page.
Regards

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Once you created a campaign and someone subscribed (like you did) you can find their information at the WP-Admin / ConvertPlug / Connects than click on the name of the campaign.
I have attached a screenshot, in this case my campaign is called First.
If you are still facing issues with it, please provide your URL and WP-Admin Credentials in a private reply so we can have a look at your set-up.
Thanks,
Joao

JoaoModeratorHi there,
I tried accessing your site but it seems not to be working.
I am getting
“Error establishing a database connection”
Have you made any changes that might have caused that?
Can you confirm the URL provided that the website is working at your end?
Thanks,
Joao

DadparvarParticipantNow is working.
There was a problem from data center. That now seems to work fine.

I tried to access your page a few times during different hours but it is still not loading at all.
Is the page working for you?
Can you let us know when the page is working again so we can have a look at the issue?

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Convertplug is not registering your connectes because of a plugin conflict.
I deactivated all your third party plugins and it registered all the connects, you can have a look, you have 5 connects there now (feel free to clean it).
I am not sure which plugin is conflicting since I stopped them all at the same time, you can find out which one is causing it, by turn off one by one.
I turned all of them back on.
I would start by testing turning of W3 Total Cache, but it is possible that another of your plugins is causing the conflict, to be sure you will need to test it.
Hope that helps,
Joao

DadparvarParticipantThanks
The problem was with “Parsi Date” plugin. I reported it here:
