fatheaddrummerParticipantHi There 🙂
Two issues:
1. When I use a mailchimp campaign in convertplug (Modal pop up), it doesn’t save a single contact. I tested it. I opened the pop up by hitting the big cta on my homepage. I filled it. It sent me to the thank you page. But it didn’t save my data in connects….
I’ve already disabled ALL third party plugins, but no success (I’ve reactivated them for now).
You have my permission to deactivate them all, when you’re having a look into the website.2. I created a stand-alone campaign (no mailchimp, etc…integration). This one indeed saves the data, but only once per e-mail address. I want my visitors to have the ability to submit the form a second time. Is there any option to set that?
Thank you so much! Login data follows:

RadModeratorHi there,
Thanks for posting in.
You’re right, it won’t add when using Mailchimp. Maybe there is a connectivity issue between your site and MailChimp, or the listing is incorrect. Can’t further verify it since live site.
For the meantime, if it’s just capturing user emails and messages, you can try using contact form 7 + convert plug custom form (eg. the blank template). That way, user can still return and send messages and email, the problem with subscription is they can only send it once.
Thanks!
