louistParticipantWhen I try to edit a Modal popup, the designer/editor is stuck in loading. I inspected the elements and it seems there’s an error.
Convertplug was recently updated to the latest version provided by you.

RadModeratorHi there,
I checked all the modal popup and they seem to be working. Would you mind providing the exact procedure how to replicate the issue you’re getting?
Thanks!

louistParticipantThe issue is I cannot edit any of my modal popups because whenever I try to edit the screen is stuck in loading.
Here are the exact steps below after logging in.
Modal Popup > Click any of the “Modal Name” to edit > Browser is stuck on loading.

RadModeratorHi there,
I did the same and it works okay. Please try it on other browsers or device, and if your internet connection is slow then loading may take longer.
Thanks!

louistParticipantHi Rad,
Which browser do you use? I’ve tried using it on the latest Chrome browser version 56.0.2924.87 in Windows 10. It definitely does not work. It works for Firefox (also latest version).
Is there any way to roll back the last convertplug plugin update?

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
I checked convertplug on Chrome browser in windows 7 and it worked fine, please see the attachment.
Please disable all browsers extensions, clear cache and check again.Thanks.

louistParticipantHi Christopher,
Ok so I’ve managed to get this work on Incognito Mode.
I’ve cleared cache, disabled extensions and it still won’t work on Chrome in Normal Mode. I have 2 extensions but I’m out of ideas. This issue applied to me and my co-worker and we don’t have the same extensions…
Cleared the cache and even removed the cookies for the entire domain and I still see the same error.
I checked the source and I don’t understand why is this error showing only when Chrome is in normal mode? The same error doesn’t show up in incognito mode. So I’m sure the attached error is what’s causing Convertplug not to work on Chrome in normal mode.
If you have any suggestions to get this working on normal Chrome let me know.
Thanks

ChristianModeratorPlease try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Thanks.
