    Hi,

    I’m experiencing some sort of glitch with ConvertPlug on Firefox browser – the fullscreen modal continues to pop-up over and over regardless of clicking to enter site.

    Also, is there a way to lazy-load or force a similar delayed behvior for the Hero Slider until someone clicks to enter the site (it’s above site’s masthead & plays an intro video).

    I may be using the wrong plugin here, that is, the ConvertPlug, as an age verification modal (suggestion for something else would be crazy appreciated).

    More info: This repetitive behaviour from ConvertPlug is also happening on Safari browsers, in addition to Mozilla Firefox.

    Hi again,

    Trying again with this plugin… same issues as before, expect the redirect is happening on Chrome now.

    I’m trying to use the plugin as an age-enter modal (i.e., are you legally old enough to enter this site), not to collect emails or anything – simply, click button to enter, or click link to leave the site.

    After searching in the forum “redirect loop” seems to be a common issue with this plugin (honestly, I think the plugin kind of sucks – hopefully you guys are getting some type of commission from BrainStormForce… otherwise, IMO it’s a sh*tty plugin & their documentation isn’t so comprehensive or helpful).

    Video save didn’t work. If you just GO to the site, you can see it happening.

    Infinite Loop:

    • Chrome (somtimes allows you to enter after clicking it several times – not ideal)
    • Firefox (loops forever)
    • Safari (loops forever)
    • IE (no idea – probably detonates your computer)
