I have 96 contacts in the last few days and the info is not going to MailChimp nor can I download the CSV (I get a 500 error) – please help!
Another tidbit of info: This started happening when I updated to the latest X theme and ConvertPlugin 4/14/16. I wasn’t having problems until then. If you can at least point me to where the data of the contacts resides so I can at least export them to MailChimp until the problem is solved, I would really appreciate it. I am getting user complaints.

Simply login to your account and go to the list you want to export. To know more about how you can export a list, please check it here: http://kb.mailchimp.com/lists/managing-subscribers/view-or-export-a-list

Ahh! I did not know that the errors were in the API section of Mailchimp! I was using FirstName instead of FName. :O It’s working now. Thank you!!
