    Hi folks,

This issue is about the ConvertPlug. I’m running into trouble with it and I don’t know how to fix it.
Today I decided to take the plugin for a spin and designed a pop up to test the plugin. When I was finished, I removed the pop up. But it keeps popping up and it’s broken. I did everything I can to remove the popup. ConvertPlug wasn’t showing any active popups in the plugin interface but it kept showing up.

So I decided to remove the whole plugin but still, popups show up.

This a blog post. Look for the bottom of the page.

Again a blog post, look for the bottom of the page.

The strange thing is: I don’t see the popups or what is left of them in the Cornerstone editor. But is it displayed when I am outside of the Cornerstone editor. I tested it with Firefox, Edge en IE.

What can I do to get rid of the remains?

    Thanks in advance!
    Joël

    Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! Since you have installed a caching plugin WP Super Cache, please clear your plugin cache before testing your site. This can cause the changes to not take place on the front end. It will eventually show up when the cache regenerates, but it’s not ideal if you’re looking to see your changes immediately. Caching plugins are best to turn on only when you’ve finished building the site.

Hope this helps. Please let us know how it goes.

Just checked my website before I read this post and saw the remains of the pop up were gone. I guess WP Super Cache already cleared the cache. I’ll keep your info in mind next time I’m changing things.

Thanks for the advice, it helped!
