Hey guys!
I’m trying to connect convertplug with contact form 7. I found the link where it explains how to do it, but I’m not finding the addon option on my convert plug. Is that a known issue or do I have to purchase the full plugin to get that?

Thanks!

March 24, 2016 at 11:12 am #851179Hi there,
Thanks for writing in! If you notice the article you will the notice on top that says “Available From Version 2.1.0” – http://prntscr.com/ajfm9w
I am not sure if they released that version or not but according to our Changelog latest version of compatible version is v1.1.1. If you have separate license for this then you can grab the latest version (if they release) but we always recommend to use the compatible packaged version to avoid any issue.
Hope this makes sense.
Cheers!
March 29, 2016 at 11:33 am #857105Hi,
I’ve just updated X and convert plug (now on 2.1.0). However, I cannot see the addons either. See attached screenshot (it’s blank!).I used the regular bundled version (with X update) but now cannot integrate with my mail chimp account! Argh! Please help!
March 29, 2016 at 6:49 pm #857690You will have to buy ConvertPlug license to avail of those addons. Also, please take note that those Addons are not bundled or tested with X. Therefore, they are considered third party plugins.
Please open a separate thread and give us WordPerss admin and Mailchimp access for your Mailchimp integration issue.
Thanks.
March 30, 2016 at 3:34 am #858346Hi,
Okay, I saw another automatic update for X this morning so I guess theres been a patch for something. Anyway, now when I go into add ons, everything is there so I can now integrate with Mailchimp.
All good now.
Thanks.
