Hello,

I have latest X and Cornerstone along with ConvertPlug 1,1,1.
When I gp to the edit screen of any popup, I can edit all settings except the popup itself.

It generates an error: 401 Authorization Required nginx
Website is running on WP Engine, password protected as it’s a development install. I cannot removed the password as long as this website is in development.

Hi there,

Thanks for writing in.

Unfortunately, this seems related to your hosting. ConvertPlug has no HTTP auth setting, and HTTP authentication is only possible if you or your hosting will add it.

Please contact WP Engine on how you could remove your HTTP Authentication. And instead of using HTTP Authentication, it’s better to use under construction page.
