    Hi there! I am having an issue with the new extension ConvertPlug. I have installed it and started creating a new modal; however, I can edit it but there is no preview of the modal that I am trying to create and no preview of the modal example.
    I disabled every 3rd party plugin I had installed (except for Cornerstone :)) and there was no change in the issue. Can you assist me with this? Thank you! Version 2.3.2 is installed.

    Hello There,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    No, it doen`t work. At my page http://www.einfach-schlank-und-fit.com/danke should be a popup if you click at the button. But there is no popup? What is wrong???

    Where is your answer? I can design it – like you, but it does’t work. I want a trigger at my button

    Hi there,

    Yes, I can confirm your issue on your site. Even the cornerstone preview is displaying a 404 page for draft pages. And when I checked, some classes are missing from ConvertPlug structure, example class="cp-modal-popup-container -container"

    Maybe the prefix for -container is the one handling the visibility. And by checking the code, the button works, but the visibility of the popup isn’t toggled.

    Would you mind providing your FTP login credentials as well? I like to check if there is any internal errors.
