    Hi Staff,

    When i try to load the convertplug editor to design a modal box or any element the editor will not load, it’s stuck in a loop with the loading icon only.

    The installation of WP is fresh with all updated software and no additional plugins.

    Hi there,

    Please connect to FTP and insert following line in wp-config.php file :

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

    In case you have superfly plugin activated, please disable it temporarily and check convertplug functionality.

    You’re welcome!

    There’s a known issue on this 2 plugins that is under investigation. We will let you know once we have an update. Disabling superfly temporarily while editing convertplug works for now. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. Thank you for understanding.

    Is there any traction on this issue? I’m loathe to disable superfly as it is my Main Menu for much of the site.

    Hi There,

    We found out that this is a Convertplug issue. ConvertPlug 2.3.2 is now out on Automatic updates with the fixed for this issue. Please try to update.

    I have updated to ConvertPlug 2.3.2 – however it still only works if I disable the Superfly plugin.

    Hi There,

    Would you mind checking if your hosting provider have caching service? If yes, try to clear cache so we can make sure that the latest code is in use. Do let us know how this goes.

    Hi there,

    Please update your SuperFly to 4.1.9, it’s not working because SuperFly triggers this error within ConvertPlug preview window.

    Uncaught ReferenceError: LAIconManagerCollection is not defined

    It’s an old bug and I don’t see this issue anymore on any of my installation.

    Version 4.1.4 of Superfly
    Version 2.3.2 of Convert plug

    Aren’t these the latest version? There’s no Update link for these plugins …
