Hi, The Convert Plug documentation on your site suggests that there’s a “launch with CSS Class” option, http://screencast.com/t/6SP4yq0X6f, and I tested this last week successfully. It allows you to insert a CSS code on your button in cornerstone, and insert it in Convert Plug to make the convert plug forms pop-up when a user clicks a button.

Note- the “launch with CSS Class” option is no longer present in Convert Plug. Now this is what displays. I added a CSS class # their, and added the same number here in Cornerstone; however, it doesn’t appear to be working. Could you please shed some light for me.

Here’s a repro:
1. Open convert plug >Modal Popup> click name of modal you want to test
2. Click behavior icon on left, click smart behavior (you’ll see the screenshot in your documentation is no longer there)
3. click Manual Display> In the launch with CSS Class, enter a unique number
4. Go to your page in cornerstone that contains a button> Click the element containing the button> enter the number you entered in step 3 above into the field, save it & test it. Nothing happens – Note, I’ve also tried entering the unique number in the ID field in Cornerstone.

Okay, this might be a bug. Go to this page: http://boostsalesconsulting.com/demo-home/services/#

Now, hover over the first card (sales rep training), and on the back, try to click the orange button. You’ll notice nothing happens. Now, try to click above the button. You’ll notice that when you click anywhere above the button, the convert plug pop-up activates as expected.

Is this a bug, and/or can you help me troubleshoot it. Thanks!

Hi there,

Could you please try updating your ConvertPlug plugin to the latest version (v2.2.0). You can simply delete the current version of your ConvertPlug (make sure to take a backup of your data) and then install the latest version through X Addons section within your WordPress backend.
