hjmoore420ParticipantI have made a module that is currently on the site and working fine. I am having other issues with the template, which I have documented in other forum posts, and I am trying to update the module to put another offer up.
I tried to create a new module, would not save and keep what i created. I was able to duplicate the current design and tried to make changes, they would not save.
I have made changes in all but the new one, but it would not work. I tried to pause the live one, push live the one I worked on, will not work.
because I got this plugin through this purchase, I do not have access to their support.
I will put in the details in a private message.
thanks,

Paul RModeratorHi,
Upon checking, I can see you have w3 total cache installed.
Please make sure to empty all caches every time you make changes to your site.
That is the reason why we advise users to turn off caching while you are building and developing your site.
Thanks

RadModeratorHi there,
I checked and it’s working okay on my end, it save too. Though would you mind providing a screen recording of the issues you’re getting?
It also pops on a home page, just make sure you’re logged out and cookies are cleared. Closing the popup will remember your action and it will stay close. You can try private browsing when testing the live pop out.
Thanks!
