SabaconParticipantHi,
I created an integration with ConvertPlug and MailChimp and thought everything was working correctly until I noticed that I had two new email subscribers that did not synced with MailChimp. While trying to solve that problem, I created second list in MailChimp for a second campaign that I was starting and tried to link that campaign to Convert Plug. I kept getting the message that “I had to have at least one list created” At this point I decide erase the API key and start all over. Bad move. Now I the following message: “You have zero lists in your Mailchimp account. You must have at least one list before integration.” I currently have two lists in MailChimp.
I tried a new API from MailChimp and got the message as before. Because I delete the API, the ConvertPlug Service for the campaign I had reverted back to ConvertPlug.
Can you help?

SabaconParticipantNever mind, I deleted everything and started all over. Now it appears to be working.

Tiff7ParticipantI am having this problem today. At first, it had connected successfully but then I was getting an error when I submitted the form (It said “There appears to be an error with the configuration”). I deleted the plugin, the mailchimp addon, and the ConvertPlug campaigns. Then I reinstalled the plugin and setup a new API key. Now it’s not connecting at all.
I am unable to create a new campaign using a MailChimp list.
Can you check this out? I will reply with site details.
I even tried adding an API key from a different MailChimp account that had various lists… and it’s still giving me an error that there are no lists.

Tiff7ParticipantYES! It worked. Did you do something to make it work? Because it was not working for me. Thank you very much!

LelyModeratorYou’re welcome but then I didn’t do anything prior to that. I am testing so I tried to create a campaign just to see the issue you were having. Surprisingly it works. There might me connection issue when you tried the first time.
Cheers!

JoaoModeratorHi There,
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If that does not work, Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials
– Mailchimp credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
Thanks

spikaParticipantHello there, I am having the same problem.
When I try to create a new campain and connect it to my mailchimp account, it tells me the following thing:
“You have zero lists in your Mailchimp account. You must have at least one list before integration.”
Would you mind check my account out as well? Thank you

RadModeratorHi Spika,
Where do you get that error, I just added one campaign and it works. And yes, it needs to have a list which do exist.
Thanks!
