    Sorry for the inconvenience caused. I have installed this Addon manually for you. In the meantime, relevant department will investigate this issue and provide you with an update.

    Hi,

    As the developers at ConverPlug aren’t getting back in touch, is it possible for you to supply me with a zip file to install manually. I see that Darshana has achieved this and really do need to have this working on our live site.

    Hi there,

    Those copies are downloaded and installed from ConvertPlug directly and I think, it’s not related to the plugin’s current coding or bugs. The fact that we can install that addon means on our end means it works.

    And Darshana simply added the addon he installed on his setup directly from ConvertPlug. What’s needed to be solved is the reason why it won’t install. Even if you get the latest version of the plugin, it may still won’t install because the installation is done between your site and ConvertPlug update/install server.
