Convert Plug is not working properly. When someone clicks the submit button, the opt in doesn’t show the successful registration message, it only shows the spining wheel and gets hanged there. I contacted Brainstorm Force (they are suposed to solve the problem with that plugin) and they gave me a ticket ID. After that they asked me to give them access to my website, which I did. But after ten days I had no answer back and today I’ve realised that they had paused my opt ins without notifying it to me. The plugin is still not working properly. It’s not fixed. What can I do to solve the problem? When you buy a theme with plugins included they should be working properly or at least, the technical support should be better than that. I’m really disapointed.
