    I need assistance with Convert Plug. Once a visitor enters their email address, I no longer want the modal popup to reappear once they return to my website. I could not figure out how to set this up correctly.

    Hi There,

    The ConvertPlug modal should not reappear when the visitor entered their email address.

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Please edit your modal popup and make sure that Cookies is enabled.
