in fact it is happening when i install the whitelabel plugin you provide too:

However you can see that I am getting that error so surely a better answer than “I just did….” would help?

Are you still getting the same “The plugin does not have a valid header” error? I am a different support member and accessing your site from a different location. I’ve checked by installing “Content Dock” extension, and it’s been installed just fine (see: http://prntscr.com/aiw52i).

If you are still getting that error, can you try checking on a different browser or perhaps clear the cache of your current browser.
