Kenrick CParticipantWordpress: 4.4
X: 4.4.2
Cornerstone: 1.0.6URL: http://rightmindtrader.com/trading-psychology-behaviour-analysis-0-success/
All of my ActiveCampaign settings are correct and my modal appears with no issues, but when I try to opt-in, I just get a generic error: http://prntscr.com/atuugq.
No matter how many times I retry (including with different emails) I still get the error.
Please advise.

RupokMemberHi there,
Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)
You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.
If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

Kenrick CParticipantYes, I am fully updated on the plugins (http://prntscr.com/au2jcy). For some reason X was not showing that an update was available and had me on 4.2.2 (http://prntscr.com/au2jsm) even though I’m validated. I’ve updated the theme (http://prntscr.com/au2rei), but the problem persists (http://prntscr.com/au2rry).

Kenrick CParticipantI did not update WordPress to 4.5 because of your message (http://prntscr.com/au2sgn)

JackKeymasterHi there Kenrick,
Thanks for writing back!
This issue happens when you use Active Campaign and the names don’t match of the fields in ConvertPlug and Active Campaign.
There’s a great document on that here https://docs.brainstormforce.com/how-to-sync-multiple-fields-data-with-active-campaign/. Can you double check the fields at Active Campaign please?
Thank you!

Kenrick CParticipantAwesome thanks. That was the issue, however their instructions are incorrect. The personalization tags have to be the same but in lowercase. The instructions they show say that LASTNAME (or any multiword field name) would have to be last_name but in reality I found that FIRSTNAME had to be firstname without the underscore or it wouldn’t work. I appreciate the help Jack.
