Hello! We have just begin using Content Dock to display a white paper here – https://keyholesoftware.com/.
Unfortunately, when you hit the “Do Not Show Again” checkbox, upon refresh or moving to a new page, the popup shows again as if you never hit that notice. (Even if you’ve already downloaded, even.) Content Dock is set to have it not show up for 6 days after hitting the “Do Not Show Again” checkbox. Help!

Looks like you have some restriction (with Jetpack) for your site and I can’t login. Can you check and disable such restriction?
Thanks!
March 28, 2017 at 11:59 am #1423189I have deactivated Jetpack. Sorry about that!

March 29, 2017 at 9:01 am #1424161Hello! Thanks for your help. Unfortunately I have cleared my cache and tested it on two computers and the issue still seems to exist. Any ideas?
March 29, 2017 at 8:44 pm #1424854Hello There,
I have investigated the issue and I can confirm that this is a bug in the latest release of the Content Dock plugin. I already repOrted this to our developers. Once they’ve fixed it, it will be updated and will be rolled out in the next release update.
Please bear with us.
