Hi, a few coustomers have advised that when the content dock appears when they are using my site: shapeeze.com.au, they are unable to click it away. the top of the box seems to be capture beneath the top bar of the browser for some users on some screen sizes across all browsers
please see screenshot attached
Is there a way of remedying this? Many thanks for your reply at the earliest time

Hi, it seems to be an issue on chrome browser.

Yes, I don’t have a problem either, but many people have reported it’s an issue – have you encountered this before?
can you suggest a remedy?

My colleague is using browser version: Chrome Version 56.0.2924.87
also Chrome 54.0.2840.99.
experiencing these difficulties

Where do i place this? I’ve installed a child theme, do i just paste this into the stylesheet? thanks for clarifying

Put it in Appearance > Customize > Custom > Global CSS
