Hi,

I am loving the new option to have a content dock!

However, I am noticing that if I have chosen to have the content dock on every post, then it pops up on every post, even if I “x-out” of it on another post in the same session.

Is there a way to make it so the content dock is able to appear on all your posts, BUT it stops appearing on other posts if the user “x-out” of it the first time they see it in a session.

Hi there,

Thank you for writing in! What browser you use? fortunately, when I’m browsing the site with chrome and firefox, I did not have the issue. The content dock slide on the first post I open, and did not slide back when I open another couple of post. Please test on another devices and let us know how it goes.

Can you take a look at my site again? when you looked I only had the content dock open on one page. Now it is open on all pages and still opens on all pages even if I x out of it on another page.

Hi there,

Content Dock extension does not handle sessions. If the content dock assigned to show on that page, it will always show whether you close it before or not.

It could be achieve to set session handling in our content dock or other plugins however, plugin and theme custom development is beyond the scope of our support.
