We’ve recently update the Visual Composer plugin to 4.11.1 and now one of our content band backgrounds isn’t displaying. I’ve tried Images, colors, nothing displays.
When inspecting the element, I can see the div of x-content-band is not being applied to the element. The page is here

That Visual Composer plugin has not been updated.I’ve opened a ticket with them, but since it’s the Content Band item that’s in question they pointed me to you guys.

Thanks for writing in! Please update your X|Theme and install the Cornerstone. Cornerstone is taking over for X – Shortcodes, which you can read much more about here in detail, with that said you need to remove the X|Shortcode after the update. Update all your other plugins as well. Then clear your browser’s cache and any caching plugin that the site might have.
You’re using an old version of X and there are a lot of changes happened since then, not only to the themes and plugins, but to the WordPress itself. You need to update your site to avoid incompatibility issues.
