hawaiifunctionalmedicineParticipantHello,
I’ve recently utilized contact form 7 and when I tested a form submission an error popped up. I checked the to and from, they are correct and go through gmail.
I am new to X theme so unsure of how to troubleshoot this.
Here is what I did:
– Downloaded and activated contact form 7. Created my own form
– Created new “Contact” page in wordpress (No container, Header, Footer)
– Edited the page in cornerstone and created a module using Contact Form 7
– Ran a test submission and it threw an errorAny answers are greatly appreciated.
Thank you,

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
It seems that you have added an addon to the contact form 7. You have set it up correctly.
Go to Google’s reCAPTCHA admin page (https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin)
Register your site.
Get a site key and secret key.
Copy the key pair into the WordPress admin screen of the site you registered.Go to the admin menu Contact > Integration.
Find reCAPTCHA panel and click Configure Keys.
Copy the site key and secret key into the fields and save them. For more details, please check out the documentation here: http://contactform7.com/recaptcha/

hawaiifunctionalmedicineParticipantHello,
I did as requested. I set us up on Google reCaptcha and added our secret key and site key.
It still gives me an error.
Can you please look again and see what needs to be done? Thank you appreciate it

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
It seems that this is a problem with Contact form 7. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Please check out this topic:
