Greetings! I have installed Contact Form 7 on the website: http://superior-hardwoods.com. The form is not delivering email to the email address indicated (info@superior-hardwoods.com). Because the form is not working, I have temporarily removed the form from the official contact page accessed by navigation. However, the form can be viewed at http://superior-hardwoods.com/test-contact/
When using the form to test, I received a message that says the email has been sent successfully. However, no email is being received. We have verified that the email address is successfully receiving email when the email address is entered into a unique email (not submitted via the form) so we know this if a form-related issue.
HostGator is the hosting company. I have successfully used both Contact Form 7 and Fast Secure Contact Form many, many times using HostGator, although these forms have been installed on Headway and Avada themes. This is my first experience with X Theme (using Icon 10 stack) and it appears to be a theme-specific issue. (FYI, I also tried installing Fast Secure Contact Form and the same thing happened — no delivery of the email.)
We actually need to create several very specific forms for use on this site so finding a solution to ensure that the forms work is imperative. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated! Please let me know if there is other information I can provide to help you troubleshoot the problem. Thank you!

It seems that your form is working fine technically but you don’t get the notification email. Most probably it could be due to a hosting related issue. Depending on spam or white-list settings on your mail servers, this could prevent you from receiving the notifications. You can try using another email provider’s email account to see if you get the email notification (Eg: Gmail) and also check your SPAM folder in your email account.
Also you can setup a SMTP server to send your emails which you can do that using a plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/).
