    Hi there,

On my website http://stadsbankoostnederland.nl/test/ I am not receiving any email. It says that I filled in the form correctly but after no e-mail is received by the emailadres. I make use of Contact form 7.

    Hope you can help!

    Hi There,

Thanks for writing in! If you don’t receive the notification email, most probably it could be due to a hosting related issue. Depending on spam or whitelist settings on your mail servers, this could prevent you from receiving the emails. You can try using another email provider’s email account to see if you get the email notification (Eg: Gmail) and also check your SPAM folder in your email account.

Also you can setup a SMTP server to send your emails which you can do that using these plugins:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/

Here are some troubleshooting guidance that you can follow (http://contactform7.com/setting-up-mail/).

    Hope that helps.

I tried it indeed with the easy WP SMTP but it did not work. It says SMTP connect() failed.

    Hi,

After reviewing the information provided above, I would try checking with your hosting provider on this particular issue as it sounds like something related to your setup is causing this. Typically, this is due server configuration problems (i.e. underpowered, traceroute issues, packet loss, permissions errors, et cetera). Additionally, your host will be able to diagnose things much better due to the fact that they have a more complete view of your account and can work behind the scenes with you. If the problem you are experiencing persists after working with your host, don’t hesitate to let us know and we will be happy to assist you. Any relevant information that you can share with us from your host is also greatly appreciated as it will help us to better ascertain the source of the problem.

    Thanks

    Hey Dutch_Guy,

    Install Wp Mail Bank.
Its a super simple plugin. Just install it and leave it. Contact Form 7 will work after this.

    Cheers,
    Jesse

    Hi Jesse,

I tried it! But it still doesn’t work. Hosting by GoDaddy and they checked but didn’t find a solution.

    Hey there,

I recommend that you seek assistance from a WordPress developer. We’d love to help you but this falls outside the scope of our support as mail function is outside X and Cornerstone system.

    Thank you for understanding.
