Hi there!
I really hope that you guys can help me! 🙁
I’m having an issue with the file attachments section of the Contact Form. I have several contact forms on the website, and one of them has an option to attach/upload up to 15 photos (25MB limit) each. However, when I test the form – it works with 4-5 images at most, once I try to upload 7 and up it gives an Error message: “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again.” but nothing else specific (file size, format, etc).
I have read that the images go to a temporary folder, but I have no idea how I can check if that temporary folder has a limit glitch.

I would seriously appreciate any help!
Thank you very much in advance,

It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.
June 13, 2016 at 1:20 pm #1040064Hi Christian,
The Contact Form 7 is officially recommended by Themeco, and your Team has provided support on different issues for this plugin in the past. Why are you refusing to help this time?
Thank you.
June 13, 2016 at 6:20 pm #1040461Hi There,
Please do a testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
And please clear and deactivate your caching plugins in the meantime.
Thanks.
September 7, 2016 at 9:33 pm #1165692Hello,
I think perhaps I did not express the issue clearly – attachments work only for up to 6-8 files. My contact form (“Photos”) has 15. Once I upload “too many photos” – the form does not process them, and does not give any error messages. I have tested everything – I believe there is an issue with the temporary memory storage limit, as it cannot handle a large volume of files. Please review the issue, it is very important for my website to have this form functioning properly.
Thank you in advance!

September 11, 2016 at 11:35 am #1170238I had the same problem after September 2016 updates, but managed to get Contact Form 7 to work just fine if I removed the Contact 7 Element, and replaced it with a Raw Content Element, then pasted into the Content the Contact 7 short code: [contact-form-7 id=”610″ title=”Contact form 1″]
