HI,
I have been looking everywhere for help with this issue…I have a form setup using Contact Form 7 with file attachments. I have it setup as instructed and I get success messages upon submission. So the form submits properly, but when I receive the email, the attachment is not there. It tells me the name of the attached file, but no attachment comes through.
I am using the current versions of WP, X, Cornerstone, and CF7. I have deactivated all plugins with the exception of Cornerstone and CF7 to check for plugin conflicts, but the attachment is still not coming through. It also is not getting logged to the wp-content/uploads/wpcf7_uploads directory on the server, where the instructions say I should be able to find the files.
I believe one of your techs recently mentioned known issues with CF7. Is this one of the known issues? Any recommendations on getting it to work properly?
Appreciate any insight you can share.

August 4, 2016 at 2:46 pm #1117790I have read through the above thread and it doesn’t fully apply in my situation. I am not getting error messages at all. I am getting success messages. I’m just not getting the attachment in my email. There are no files in the wp-content/uploads/wpcf7_uploads directory either.
Both my wp-content/uploads folder and wp-content/uploads/wpcf7_uploads folder are set to 755, which I believe is correct. I changed them to 775 and tried to submit a form with attachment and it still did not work.
I would like to use CF7 since it what your team recommends, but if I cannot get the file upload to work I will need to use another tool.
If you have other ideas I can try, I will do so.
