    Hi.

    My clients can not acces his website trough his home IP adres. of 4g he can.
    I installed ithemes security and whitelisted his IP. Unfortunately with no succes. Also is his IP not showing up in the PHP my admin lockout files.
    What can i try to do?

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in.

    I could see your site without any problem. This could be an issue with you hosting. To test this if X theme causing this, please disable X theme and check if still not working on your clients setup. If still not working, please contact your hosting regarding this issue.
