Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating in! It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
By the way, you can visit the plugin documentation here: https://bizzthemes.com/help/setup/wc-appointments/
Thank you for your understanding.

ronmannParticipantRue
Thanks for getting back to me. Regretfully I am not as understanding as you might hope. I gave you login credentials. Did you even go to the site? If you did, you would have seen this:Your theme (X – Child Theme) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.
You are offering a x theme that is marketed as a leader in the field. Your theme should be able to work with WooCommerce. How do I update the template files?
If you want me to continue to be a valued client and use x theme in the future, we need to resolve this. I have a client that is eager to get this site finished and I need your help. There must be some php code that can fix this issue.
I look forward to your response.

ChristianModeratorSorry for the confusion. You’re currently using the WooCommerce beta version which is not supported yet. Please see and downgrade to the latest supported version listed here https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/
There’s currently a bug in the repository where if you install WooCommerce from the Addons page, the beta version gets installed.
Thanks.

ChristianModeratorYou’re welcome. Regarding compatibility with Scheduling Appointments plugin though, we haven’t tested that plugin. If it still doesn’t work, you’ll need to seek help from the plugin developer.
Thanks.

ronmannParticipantThanks Christian,
I just sent the Biztheme group a copy of your note regarding compatibility with the current WC theme vs the Beta version. I am a little more hopeful now.I do appreciate you rapid and knowledgable response. I am not sure why you bundle the beta version with bugs. As a business consultant, I would encourage you to speak with Rue. His response did not help me or your company.
Hope you have a wonderful day,
RonFebruary 26, 2017 at 9:41 am #1386223
ChristianModeratorThank you for your feedback. I’ll forward your response.
Regarding the bug, it is from the WooCommerce installer so we don’t have much control over it. Our development team is working on a solution.
Thanks.
