    Hi there,

Can you please provide the URL to your website so we can check the issue?

In The meanwhile I will try to explain you how to use the mega-menus

When you have a NAVBAR LINK that you would like to drop a mega menu instead of a normal menu you need to add a class to it.

The name of the class will depend on the number of columns that you want to have.

Let´s follow this link so I can help you to understand better. https://community.theme.co/kb/how-to-setup-megamenus/

The Navbar link (link that will appear on your navbar, which you will hover in order to get the sub-menu links) is TRAVEL

As you can see on the picture he choosed a 4 Column Mega Menu, and for that he has added a class of “x-megamenu col 4” if he wanted two columns instead the class would be “x-megamenu col 2” for example.

The other sublinks(links inside the menu, do not need classes, the first sublevel will be the title and the links inside the first sublevel will be the links.

    Please see img attached.

    ***
In Case you cannot see where to add classes:

To add a custom class to a menu item, go to Appearance > Menu Click on the Screen Options which can be found in the top right corner of your screen. click to check the CSS Classes checkbox. Now open up your menu item, you’ll see an additional field CSS Classes (optional). Just add the name of your custom class in the field.

    I Hope that helps.
