Any idea what to do?

FriechModeratorHi There,
Thanks for the credentials, I don’t see you’re using a child theme so I assume you don’t have a custom template or function. If this is the case then the “Comments not showing” issue is more likely cause by one of your plugin.
Please do a testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Remember to clear all caches before previewing the page.
Thanks.

thvanduzParticipantYes as I mentioned earlier I have already done that. I deactivated all plugins, cleared cookies, opened up in an icognito tab and the comments were still not showing. It must be something on x themes end. Can you please look into it in more detail?
Thanks!

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
I was able to log in to your site. It seems that a plugin is causing an issue. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. Please let us know how it goes.

thvanduzParticipantYes as I mentioned for the last two times in earlier threads. I deactivated all plugins, cleared cookies, opened up in an icognito tab and the comments were still not showing. It must be something on x themes end. Can you please look into it in more detail?
Also, please review past threads.
Thanks!

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
The issue was that you checked the box to close comments on articles older than 28 day, I unchecked the box under Settings -> Discussion to fix this.
Thanks.

thvanduzParticipantOne other question. For some reason, the number of comments in the article is no longer showing in the red little circle. See screenshot. Can you please look into this as well.

RupokMemberHi Todd,
Is it happening after checking the suggested settings for discussion? Can you make sure it was showing before?
Thanks!
