    Hi. I’m working on http://www.menuadsbydesign.com — In the Customizer I set the background color to 003592. Also, in the Custom CSS box I had this code to set the background of the text box to gold by using this code:

    .site {
    background-color: #fcd9a8;

    These two changes only work on three of the pages, such as the home page and on this page. Please tell me how to correct this problem so the colors appear on every page.

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

    Please clear cache on plugin and site, then try again.

    Hi. I spoke too soon. The site is now back to its old habits, not displaying page colors.

    How do I “clear the cache on plugins?” I tried using cache clearing plugins like W3 Total Cache but nothing is happening.

    Hi Therem

    You should find an option PURGE CACHE also make sure to clear your web browser cache.

    If that does not work,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Thanks

    Hi There,

    What page that you’re having the issue? I am seeing the same background (Blue and Gold) for all your pages. Please clear your browser’s cache as well.

    Can you confirm did you purge the caches from Performance > Page Cache > General and Performance > Minify > CSS?

    Thanks.
