LorenAbility360ParticipantWe have been using Cognito Forms along with X Theme for awhile. Just recently, they made an update that allows you to customize the style of their forms. Now all of our forms have shrunk in size on our website. I tried using their styling to increase the forms text and field size but no results.

Here is their explanation:
John,We just changed our font sizing to be relative instead of fixed in order to provide a lot of new styling options. So 14px is now .875rem. Your site sets a very small base font size so our font scales down accordingly, but then appears too small.
Do you have the ability to add CSS to your page? If so, this will boost your font sizes back up:
<style> .cognito .c-forms-form .c-forms-form-title h2 {font-size: 2.6rem!important; } .cognito .c-forms-form,.cognito .c-forms-form .c-rating-scale .c-choice-option .c-label,.cognito .c-forms-form a{ font-size: 100%!important; } .cognito .c-forms-form select, .cognito .c-forms-form input[type=text],.cognito .c-forms-form .c-label{font-size:100%!important;} .cognito .c-forms-form button, .cognito .c-forms-form .c-add-item, .cognito .c-forms-form input[type=button], .cognito .c-forms-form .c-fileupload-dropzone .c-upload-button {font-size:100%!important} </style>Sorry for the inconvenience this caused you. Please let me know if this fixes the issue.
Thanks,
Jamie
—————————————————————————————-I used their code on a page to fix the problem but I want to fix it site wide. I went to place the code in the custom css under Customize but the publish button won’t work. Can you help me with this problem please?
Thank You,

RahulModeratorHi Loren,
We’d love to help you Anthony. However, that would use resources that is beyond what is allocated for support. We recommend that you hire a WordPress developer to customize the forms or you.
Thanks.

LorenAbility360ParticipantMy save and publish button is not working in X Theme. Would you please assist with that?

NicoModeratorHi There,
Would you mind sharing us your admin credentials so we could check your setup closer.
Meanwhile, after sharing your admin credentials, you could test for plugin conflict.
You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Thanks.

LorenAbility360ParticipantI turned off all the plugins and it fixed the problem. Now, i’m turning them on one at a time.

LorenAbility360ParticipantIt is the plugin: Wordfence. I wrote to them. Would they be the ones to solve this? I still want this plugin but I want to edit our custom css through x theme as well.

JadeModeratorHi Loren,
Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.
