STEFAONParticipantI installed the Church demo about two weeks ago everything imported perfectly. I messed up and decided to start over again. Understanding that the importing of the content would override any changes I’ve made. So I clicked on “Setup Demo Content” again. All seemed to be fine but when I checked I noticed that the images were not imported. Checked on the forums and noticed this wasn’t an uncommon issue. Followed the steps in previous forums to try “&clean-cache” or even disabling the Slider Revolution and importing again. I later went and manually deleted the post, pages, menus, etc… Which ended up with the same problem of missing content after each import. There’s no error after importing to reflect anything went wrong. I’m really not sure what to do at this point.
I just updated the theme to 4.4.2. all plugins are update and WordPress is on 4.4 haven’t updated to 4.5.
Please help.. thank you.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for providing the information. I went ahead and tried importing the Church demo content and it successfully went through however still the categories, contact forms and the images. I am guessing that you might be experiencing PHP memory exhaustion. I recommend that you increase your memory allocated to PHP. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' ); define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );You can add it before the line
/*That's all, stop editing! Happy Blogging. */I would loved to know if this has work for you. Thank you.

STEFAONParticipantThat didn’t work. Only the Rev slider image is being imported. Still missing a bunch of content. Inserted the lines in the post above as directed. Not sure what else to try. disabled the plugins, used different browsers. What would be the next step?
The hosting company is DreamHost. I did’t see anything online regarding limitations on memory.

JadeModeratorHi there,
I have checked the current memory limit set on your account and it’s only 90MB. The option of trying to increase it through the wp-config.php file may not always work. Kindly contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it for you.
Let us know how it goes.

STEFAONParticipantHi Jade,
I will contact my hosting provider and advise them of your recommendations.Hi Friech
In my original post I tried the “&clean-cache”, didn’t work. The URL you asked me to try – I got the following error
“You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” Not sure what’s going onI few post above I provided my login credentials – would you mind trying it and see if you get the same result.

STEFAONParticipantHi Jade,
I contacted the hosting company and explained your recommendations. They have advised that the memory limit has been bumped to 256 and cannot go higher because our domain is sitting on a shared server.I have attempted to install the demo again and I’m still having the same problem. Installed the Spa and Restaurant demo and they worked fine. Just seems to be church demo that is causing the problem which is the one I need. For whatever reason only the Slider Rev image is importing no other images.

Paul RModeratorHi,
Please try this url to clean your demo cache
http://www.newlifeministries.ca/wp-admin/admin.php?page=x-addons-home&clean-cache
Then load the church demo again.
Please note that by clearing the cache you may run into duplicate items if you didn’t delete them previously.
Hope that helps

STEFAONParticipantI found a solution after much frustration. Installed a plugin called “WordPress Reset” – https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/
Re-importred the church demo content and all is good to go
