    Hello;

    Ok I have deleted the child theme folder on wp-content/themes

    Please upload it today as I would like to work on it.

    Hi Sonja,

    Integrity 1 child theme was upload, but still getting same broken theme issue. May we request a ftp access to your theme folder? It might better if we can check how it is been extracted after upload.

    Hi Sonja,

    It looks like you’ve uploaded the entire package from ThemeForest. You should be uploading the contents of x.zip which is contained within the ThemeForest package.

    I went ahead and moved the x folder from the package up to the themes folder. So now you should be able to activate the child theme.

    ok it went away when I activated the child theme so it might be ok

    Hi, I’m having the exact same problem. I just installed a fresh copy of X-theme into my new wordpress site. I followed the instructions for installing the X-Child theme but after I install it it says:

    Broken Themes

    The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

    Name Description
    X – Child Theme The parent theme is missing. Please install the “x” parent theme

    Please help!

    Thanks for updating this thread! Please make sure that you have unzip the x_package.zip and uploaded the x.zip file. Otherwise, you may need to install it again. You might want to check out our knowledge base to know more how to install X theme;

    If you could provide us the url of your site with login credentials so we can take a closer look and install the theme for you. Once you have provided us with your URL, we will be happy to assist you with everything.

    To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
    – Link to your site

    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP Hostname
    – FTP Username
    – FTP Password

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
