Hi I just tried to upload the integrety 1 light child theme and it is saying that x is not uploaded even though it is?

Please re-download the file from themeforest and re-install the theme.

I have reloaded them twice and I am still getting this message:

Hi Sonja,

When you unzip x-child- theme package, you should see x-child- folder. That is the theme you need to upload and not the __MACOSX folder.

I did not put the macosx folder in I have no idea why it says that, I followed the video and instructions I installed the x-child-integrity-light.zip zip file. I would appreciate some proper help as I am now getting frustrated with your responses. I had to upload the main x theme through FTP onto my site under my themes folder as my host does not allow files over 45mb to be uploaded without ftp. I have the theme x fully working, except when i upload the child theme AS INSTRUCTED the child theme does not recognize it is there. Though on my admin page for wp under themes it shows that X is there. Please stop giving me redirect answers to watch videos and I would like some proper assistance. One of the reasons I chose this theme was because you had good reviews on support, so please do yourself a favour and live up to that ability.

Hi Sonja,

I logged in, and I see you were able to get X installed. Just to clarify, the zip file you downloaded from ThemeForest contains more than just the theme. So that needs to be unpacked first before you install the theme zip file which is contained there. X itself is about 5.7MB zipped.

Hi there!

I tried to install the x-child-integrity-light zip on your themes panel but the destination folder already exists. Please access the website via FTP then locate the child theme folder on wp-content/themes. Delete the child theme folder there. We’ll upload it for you.
