DrakahParticipantI followed your direction for installing the child theme and I am now getting errors when using the media library, it won’t load. Also, when I uninstall a plugin, I get errors in the database pointing to /wp-includes/pluggable.php

DrakahParticipantAs soon as I emabled the X-Theme again, I can see my media library and I am able to install/deactivate/delete plugins without errors. So there is something wonky going on with a child theme enabled.
I have the X-Theme currently in use for now. Any help would be appreciated.

DrakahParticipantThe reason why the Parent theme was fine is because it did not have the code you gave me for the functions.php file for the child theme. As soon as I applied it to the parent theme, I got the error back.
So I need a fix to that code so that this error doesn’t come up.
I re-enabled the X-Child theme again with the reverted functions.php file
I posted in the previous topic about this issue where the code is.

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in! It seems the issue has been addressed on the other thread. Hopefully you will get the possible solution there. Duplicate thread might be confusing. Kindly don’t reply on this thread anymore and keep posting there.
Cheers!
