    Hi

    I am trying to download the child theme – it goes to another log in page which for some reason I cannot seem to log into – is there a separate username/password I should be using?

    I’m not sure if I understand you correctly. Do you want to install the X child theme on your site? You can download the X child theme from here: https://community.theme.co/child-theme/ and for the instructions on how to install it on your site, refer to this article: https://community.theme.co/kb/how-to-setup-child-themes/
