    Hi there,

    I’m having trouble changing the phone number on my site.

    I have gone to Appearance/Customize/Header and attempted to change it there, but when I save it doesn’t change.

    Please help.

    Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

    You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

    If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

    Hi Christopher,

    We’re now up to date with X 4.6.4. All plugins are up to date also.

    The problem is still occurring…help please! Can’t seem to change anything in the topbar via Appearance/customize including the email address.

    Hi Malcolm,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Christopher,

    Thank you for the link. I tried clearing the caches etc but eventually what did it was exporting my customizer settings from the Add-ons page in WP, resetting them, and then importing them back in. Then the phone number updated correctly. Woohooo!
