zendog22ParticipantHey, I’m wondering if it’s possible to chnage the appearance of the info content box that appears as a pop up with an image. It currently looks like a bubble but I’d like to have it look more like a rectangle that fits the content, and the same width as the image. Check out section – about on this page and the attachment shows the popover as it currently appears as a bubble.

RadModeratorHi there,
Thanks for posting in.
That’s possible through custom development. If it’s just changing the background color, then I could give you the simple CSS. But other required changes aren’t possible with just CSS.
Thanks!

zendog22ParticipantOK, thanks for replying. Do you by any chance know of a plugin that could help – some kind of text box that appears on rolling over the image?

Paul RModeratorHi,
Sorry, I can’t find a plugin that works exactly like that.
You can try browsing through wordpress plugin directory

Thanks

zendog22ParticipantHi Rad, do you know of any decent pop up plugins that would do a similar job and give a pop up window with biog content?
Otherwise, I’d like to amend the style of the existing box.
Is it possible to make it bigger?
Can I remove the lines around edge
And make the corners square rather than rounded?
Many thanks!May 4, 2016 at 7:08 am #912333
zendog22ParticipantHi Rad, Ive actually decided to use the Infopopup plugin. But now I need to add the shortcode generated by that to a button. Please can you help me with this?
It doesn’t work if I just add the shortcode below to the button’s class.
[infopopup tag=liz]many thanks!

zendog22ParticipantHi, I decided to use a different plugin. But I still need to be able to specify a CSS class or ID element for a button. If you could help that would be great. Many thanks!

JoaoModeratorHi
At your button element on Cornerston you can add class or ID. Remember that you can use the same class multiple times but IDs can be used just once.
Hope that helps,
Joao
