RadModeratorHi there,
Is there any special procedure connecting to your FTP, I’m not able to get in.
And yes, please remove that line that enables W3 Total Cache.
And no need to remove the other lines, WP_DEBUG is set to true so we could see any error, but it’s not displaying. And I would like to check it directly through FTP.
For the meantime, it’s best to contact your hosting provider as it may be blocking some URL. There is no error, and the blank page usually means internal error and should appear through browser developer tools. But it doesn’t have any error like that.
Thanks!

RadModeratorHi there,
This one is really weird, there is not even error logs within your site. Which means, it may be some code intentionally halt the loading (like PHP’s die() function). Though, I disabled all the plugins but the same result.
Would it okay if you install another clean WordPress under a sub-folder? I just to see if this is specific to your current WordPress.
Thanks!

ThaiModeratorHi Mike,
In this case, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link login to your site
– WordPress Admin username / PasswordDon’t forget to select Set as a private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
Thanks.

karenhaidParticipantHello again,
I wanted to backup my site before trying your suggestion, and I wasn’t able to save it with UpDraft. I had difficulty with re-authenticating the site after deactivating and reactivating everything with a message: Bad response when contacting Google: GnuTLS recv error (-9): A TLS packet with unexpected length was received. This message was similar to a message I had gotten earlier in the week from JetPack. In any case, my host provider deactivated JetPack and backed up the site. They said that it was too large and I have to back up the files and database separately. I don’t know what people do with really large websites, but anyway…
You asked me to install another clean WordPress under a sub-folder. How would I do that? I’m a novice.
Thank you,

LelyModeratorHello Karen,
To install a wordpress on a subfolder, please login to your hosting via FTP. Create a new folder from your root folder. Then follow the instruction here:http://www.wpbeginner.com/how-to-install-wordpress/#installftp
First thing you need to do is download the latest version of WordPress. Unzip the file, and use the FTP software to upload the files into your web host directory of your choice..
Web host directory of your choice will be the folder you have just created. Before doing this, can you try testing for a plugin conflict first. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Always,
