    Hi there,

    Could you please try installing Transient Cleaner (https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/) and then follow the steps below.

    1. Navigate Dashboard -> Tools -> Transients
    2. Set Clear Expired Transients -> Enable
    3. Select Run Now
    4. Set Remove All Transients -> Enable
    5. Set Remove All Transients -> Optimize Afterwards
    6. Select Run Now
    7. Check your page URL that you’re having issues.

    Let us know how it goes.
    Thanks!

    I tried running the transient cleaner as suggested but getting the following message that is preventing me running it

    “An external object cache is in use so Transient Cleaner is not required. Please disable the plugin!”

    Any ideas?

    Ok, so this is weird.. I couldn’t run the transient cleaner but I had to remove the latest blog post due to one of my wedding clients splitting up and now the problem seems to be resolved??

    Any ideas what happened or how to prevent it again?

    Thanks for all the help

    Hello Scot B,

    Glad it is now resolve.
    It might be that caches/transients are not synced with your site’s data anymore.
