March 15, 2017 at 2:51 am #1407669It’s a Word doc not images. It has several images on it with issues about ‘cards’.
March 15, 2017 at 2:54 am #1407673OK here’s image 1 – it’s from an iPad as you can see the ‘cards’ on the homepage are not in line, the first one is different to the other 2. Is it because the text was not the same (2 headlines and 2 text lines?) The dog one differs it was 1 headline and 3 textlines but seems OK.
I’ll upload the rest later today.

March 15, 2017 at 3:56 am #1407720All three images sent via link now. Thanks
Also – should I have both child and non child theme activated on site? First time using a premium website and child theme so unsure. I’m using child theme as advised.
March 15, 2017 at 3:33 pm #1408560Hi there,
There still no link 🙂
And what Safari version you have on your work? Is it Safari on windows?
Thanks!
March 16, 2017 at 7:38 am #1409491How it should look:
How it looks at work:
How it looks on iPad:
Work is Safari on Window. I don’t have access to Safari on menu tab so can’t identify which version of Safari. I will ask.
March 16, 2017 at 8:37 am #1409564Turns out it’s not Safari – it’s IE11! Sorry.
March 16, 2017 at 4:08 pm #1410157Hi there,
A bit confusing, IE on iPad? And about the card in IE, yes, it’s quite buggy since it doesn’t fully support all CSS especially the combination of transform and animation. There is a workaround like from here http://www.useragentman.com/blog/2010/03/09/cross-browser-css-transforms-even-in-ie/ but still not 100% accurate. It’s IE limitation.
About the iPad, it looks correct.
Thanks!
