I already posted a video and screen capture of what I see on my end. And it seems to be a bug. Would really like to resolve this issue.
Thanks for any help.

March 13, 2017 at 2:41 am #1404510Hi there,
Yes, that’s why I installed Sierra on my Mac but it works. Then you said it’s on Windows 7 which I installed as well, and it works. This time, I was referring to Windows 7 device.
In the meantime, I’ll continue checking though I can’t tell if I can find the issue and what causing it since it works on all my tests.
Thanks!
March 14, 2017 at 9:23 am #1406442Dunno what else to say except it simply doesn’t work properly here on my machine or on my friend’s Lenovo T440p with Win 7. So the issue is not isolated to me and my machine or even to just my operating system. Seems isolated to Firefox, though but on both Win 7 and Sierra.
March 15, 2017 at 2:23 pm #1408484Hi there,
I checked the device information and it’s not a hybrid either. This weird, I can’t reproduce the issue. I’ll continue checking.
Thanks!
March 23, 2017 at 2:20 am #1417301I guess I’m out of luck with this bug?
March 23, 2017 at 8:07 am #1417588Hi Matt,
As you can see we – in particular Rad – are trying to replicate the issue on our installations all according to your description, unfortunately we could not replicate the issue so far so there is no way we can tackle something we cannot reproduce. As Rad said we will keep trying to reproduce the issue on different installation to see if it is a confirmed bug or isolated to your installation.
Thanks for understanding,
Joao
March 25, 2017 at 4:42 am #1419954Thanks, but it is not just my installation. A friend of mine sees the same thing with a totally different computer running a totally different operating system, a Lenovo laptop running Win 7. So, clearly it is not limited to my installation.
March 25, 2017 at 8:15 pm #1420385Hi there,
Hmm, so it affects Lenovo laptops? It’s weird and yes the only difference I could see between our setup is I’m not using Lenovo laptops. I’ll see if I can find a similar device, have you tried on other devices other than Lenovo? What’s their OS version, are they fully updated to the latest?
Thanks!
March 26, 2017 at 4:33 am #1420534Yes, I already put in this same thread more than once that it also affects my friend’s computer, which is a Lenovo T440p laptop running Firefox 52 on Windows 7 SP1.
